Warranty and Non Warranty Repairs

If your Bat-Caddy is malfunctioning we offer free troubleshooting assistance through our help center. To get this process started Submit a Ticket or call us directly at 888-229-5218.

Typically when repairs are needed you have the option of repairing on your own or bringing your cart in to the nearest service center. All parts and repairs are typically covered under our warranty.

Parts can be purchased for non-warranty repairs through our website. Spare Parts – Bat-Caddy (batcaddy.com)

Non warranty repairs performed at one of our service centers are typically billed at $60/hour + Parts. There is also a two way shipping fee of $70.

The shipping fee can be avoided if the cart is brought into either of our service centers in Novato, Ca or Bethlehem, Pa.
