Replacing the Wiring Harness on a BATCADDY X3,X4 or X8

1) Remove Face Plate - Use sharp Knife to get under edge of faceplate.

2) Remove small screw to release circuit board

3) Cut old wire - leave the colored wires in white connector for future reference.

4) Tape string to end of old wiring harness that was just cut

5) Remove controller panel, if you flip over the cart, there will be a couple screws on the bottom. When these are removed you can slide away the panel. (X3 looks different but controller is in the same place)

6) Unplug the wiring harness from the controller. The connections may be covered in shrink wrap this can be snipped away with scissors.

7) Pull the string attached to top end of wiring harness through the frame using the existing wiring harness.

8) Tie the bottom end of the string to the top of the wiring harness, and pull the new wiring harness through the frame using the string.

9) Wire the white plug that goes into the circuit board, using the old plug as a guide. If the colors are different refer to the pictures below. (FYI the blue wire is sometimes white)

10) Plug into circuit board and test with battery before closing up.
