Front Wheel Tracking Adjustment for X3 Series BATCADDY

The front wheel of the BATCADDY can be adjusted to compensate for how the cart is balanced.

Find The Tracking Mechanism

For the X3 series BATCADDY there is a small thumb wheel next to the front axle on the right side of the cart.
You can spin this up or down to move the axle forward or backwards.

Remove the Axle Nut

To better see what is going on you will want to remove the axle nut.
To do this release the handle, on the opposite side of the axle nut, then turn the axle nut counterclockwise to remove.

Adjusting The Tracking

If the cart is veering to the right, you will want to point the axle to the left. To make this adjustment, you will want to move the axle to a forward position.

Grab the wheel with your thumb on top and your index finger behind the wheel. Then spin the wheel up to move it forward.

If the cart is veering to the left, you will want to spin the wheel down, to move the axle backwards and point the wheel to the right.
